SHINee’s Minho has shared his shocking InBody results. On May 10th, Minho posted on his Instagram story, “Oh, it’s over! Today was a bit of chest, shoulder workout, and lunges. Dinner is going to be so delicious,” along with a picture of himself.

He also revealed his focus on exercise, saying, “Dumbell pressing my body weight is heavy,” and “I was successful in mustering the will to lift more!”

Minho became the talk of the town when he revealed his InBody measurement results, saying, “Weight is just right X2. Lots of muscle X2 Okay.”

This is because Minho’s revealed InBody results showed a perfect body with a height of 181cm (5 feet 11 inches), a weight of 69.2kg (152 lbs), a muscle mass of 60.0kg (132 lbs), and body fat percentage of 7.2%.

The InBody machine explained, “Your weight is appropriate and you have a lot of muscles, your body is in the normal range but with more muscles.”

Fans who saw this responded with curiosity and awe of Minho, sharing comments like, “How do such results like that come out? Is that an error?” and “The way he takes care of himself is so cool.”

SHINee plans to hold an encore concert at the Incheon Inspire Arena from May 24th to 26th. On June 29th and 30th, he will co-host the MBC Show! Music Core in JAPAN, held at the Saitama Prefecture Belluna Dome in Japan, with Nmixx Sullyoon.
