Fans Concerned: aespa’s Karina’s Costume Mishap During ‘Supernova’ Performance

Aespa’s Karina, while the group is continuously topping music charts with their new song “Supernova,” almost had an accident due to her stage costume.

On May 24th, a post titled “Today’s Music Bank Karina’s shoulder strap” was uploaded to an online community.

The released photo shows Karina from aespa performing on the Music Bank broadcast on May 24th.

Karina wore a black tank top with a thin chain as a shoulder strap.

During her intense choreography, which involved a lot of arm movements, her shoulder strap came undone after a short while, putting her in a precarious situation.

Despite the unexpected situation, Karina skillfully handled it and finished her performance.

Fans continue to worry as there have been previous costume malfunction incidents, such as pins popping out of her armor during a music show appearance last year.

After seeing the incident, fans responded, “The outfit is good, but I wish it’s more secure. She always struggles because of her clothes. It’s not a costume problem; it’s an accident waiting to happen because of how her body is.”
