Brad Pitt expressed anger and sadness over the news of his daughter dropping his surname.
“He’s never felt more joy than when she was born. He always wanted a daughter,” a media outlet reported.
“The reminders that he’s lost his children is, of course, not easy for Brad,” it added.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s daughter Shiloh applied for a name change to remove “Pitt” from her name as soon as she turned 18 last month.

The news that Shiloh recently hired a lawyer with her own money to apply for a legal name change became a topic of discussion.
