Recently, a post titled “A scary woman lives next door in my apartment” was uploaded on the online community Inven. The post includes several photos with comments like ‘What did she write? I tried to zoom in by cropping the picture’ and ‘It’s scary.’

The photos show the front door of an apartment filled with eerie writings of unknown origin. These writings, mostly in red or black, are haphazardly scribbled on the door with no discernible order or context. In one of the photos, a woman is seen squatting in front of the door, seemingly writing something.

Upon closer inspection of the writings on the door, phrases such as– “My expressions take the literal meaning. I hope President Yoon Suk Yeol makes decisions about my life…The content written on January 12, 2024, will never change” “I am living the worst life’ ‘I am experiencing crimes that cause pain” “I have never married” “I don’t want to be involved with Lee Myung Bak, Lee Jae Myung, or anyone related to mental hospitals” “I think my social security number has been leaked and stolen” “This house is mine. Still, I am experiencing a home invasion.” “I hope language is used in a literal sense, that only facts with literal meanings are recognized, and that I can live a normal life and feel safe…” “I have experienced crimes that cause drowsiness or sleep several times. I also experience theft crimes quite often” –are jumbled together.

Most people cautiously speculated that someone with a mental disorder might have written the creepy, incomprehensible writings. Some suggested that the person should seek treatment.
