Tesla Cybertruck Gets Maybach Makeover, But Does It Work?

Tesla’s Cybertruck, drawing attention worldwide for its unique appearance even before its launch, has received a new makeover. The entire body is made of steel panels and has an angular and stocky shape.

It looks closer to ruggedness than luxury, but what would it look like if it were tuned with a luxurious concept? Recently, a Cybertruck owner attracted attention by revealing the results of applying colors and wheels similar to Maybach vehicles.

Tuning cases that have become more frequent recently
Who owns the tuned Cybertruck?

Previously, Tesla emphasized the sturdiness of the Cybertruck. They were confident that the body panels were bulletproof and that the side windows would not break even if a metal ball were thrown at them. While conducting a test related to this, a scene was revealed where a gun was fired at the vehicle’s body, and a metal ball was thrown at the windshield. Elon Musk was confident that the Cybertruck would be able to survive in the apocalypse by applying apocalyptic technology.

His remarks also confirm the Cybertruck’s strong concept. However, owners are making significant changes by unveiling tuning vehicles individually to reflect their personalities. One example is the Cybertruck owned by rapper Trae tha Truth, who recently added it to his vehicle collection.

Two-tone color applied to the body
Same wheels as the existing Maybach

The new Cybertruck features a two-tone color scheme, similar to a Maybach, with the top and bottom divided. Instead of the typical shiny steel panel, the top is painted white and the bottom burgundy. The vehicle also has 26-inch Forgiato-designed forged wheels. These changes in color and wheels alone have significantly altered the Cybertruck’s distinct appearance, creating a fresh impression.

In addition, he owns ultra-luxury vehicles like the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 crossover SUV and the Mercedes-Maybach S 680 sedan, both sporting a sleek white and burgundy two-tone color scheme. He also showcased a similarly styled Maybach and Cybertruck side by side, emphasizing their coordinated aesthetics.

Various looks of the Cybertruck generally emphasized robustness

His photo contrasts Maybach’s vehicles, which are at the top of luxury, with the Cybertruck. Although the Cybertruck’s appearance, with its luxurious wheels and two-tone colors, is somewhat awkward, it is an unusual yet bold attempt. Meanwhile, since the Cybertruck was unveiled, various renderings have surfaced. These versions feature a more powerful appearance, including a 6-wheel off-road model and one with a pickup truck bed.
