On the 19th, “Eat This, Not That” reported, “We will reveal the ranking of the unhealthiest and healthiest steak cuts.”

They continued, “We’ve selected the ribeye steak as the unhealthiest steak cut. People know it as one of the representative steak cuts for its rich juiciness.” However, it contains 10g of saturated fat per 100g. This amounts to 50% of the daily recommended limit.”

The report also stated, “Excessive consumption of saturated fat increases the risk of fatty liver and raises blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, leading to cardiovascular diseases and obesity. For example, if saturated fat accumulates in the brain’s blood vessels, it can lead to strokes, and if the coronary arteries in the heart become blocked, it can cause a heart attack. Moments of pleasure can turn into terrifying diseases.”

The media ranked chuck-eye steak as the second unhealthiest steak cut. It contains 17g of fat (7g of saturated fat) and 21g of protein per 3.5 ounces (100g). T-bone steak came in third place in terms of healthiness.

It then mentioned, “London broil is ranked the healthiest steak cut. London broil, which includes cuts from the round, is known for being a high-protein, low-fat cut. It contains 7g of fat (3g of saturated fat) and 36g of protein per 3.5 ounces (100g). New York strip, also known as sirloin, was ranked as the second healthiest steak cut.”

This ranking provides valuable information for those who want to make healthier choices when enjoying steaks.

You need to recheck your sources on fats. We all have been told lies over and over again about the truth of saturated fats. Saturated fats are not the enemy. Processed foods and seed oils are the major issues. Go back to your source and actually research for the truth
