Vanilla ice cream with Olive Oil and Pepper?!

1. Two.All.After

Two.All.After is a name made by taking the first letters of Together(the name of the Vanilla ice cream), Olive Oil, and Pepper.

Today’s Ingredients

Ingredients: Vanilla Ice Cream, Olive Oil, Pepper

STEP 1. Scoop the Ice Cream
STEP 2. Sprinkle a moderate amount of Olive Oil
STEP 3. Sprinkle Pepper to taste

Follow these steps, and you can become a Michelin chef at home. The Vanilla Ice Cream is sprinkled with olive oil and pepper, so it looks good, but I’m curious about the taste because it’s a combination I’ve never thought of.

Add ingredients according to taste

The scent of olive oil spreads in your mouth, and the sweetness of vanilla ice cream and the spiciness of pepper mix creates a subtle taste. It had an addictive ice cream taste.

I think it would be good to add more olive oil and pepper, according to your taste. But it seems like there will be a divide in preferences. If you’re curious about the taste, I recommend trying it!

You can add salt to make it more sweet and salty, and you can add almonds or walnuts to enhance the texture.

Ice Cream in Sesame Oil?!

2. With Sesame Oil

As you can tell from the name, this combination is a mix of sesame oil and vanilla ice cream. Can you imagine the taste of ice cream and sesame oil?

This recipe was introduced in a TV program. The MCs’ reactions were divided. GOD Park Joon Hyung said it tasted like “peanut caramel” as soon as he took a bite, and Kim Jong Kook said it was “not bad,” but Seo Jang Hoon made a puzzling face.

Also, from the reviews I saw, when the savory scent of sesame oil mixes with ice cream, it tastes like black sesame. Surprisingly, the oily taste of sesame oil is not strong! This recipe was also one that divided preferences.

Making Simple Crème Brûlée with Ice Cream

3. Crème Brûlée

Crème Brûlée, you can make and eat at home! Sweet ice cream with sweet sugar on top is a snack children love.

Ingredients: Vanilla ice cream, 3 egg yolks, 2 spoons of sugar, torch

STEP 1. Separate the Egg Yolks

First, separate the egg whites and yolks. When making Crème Brûlée, we will only use the yolks!

Only use egg yolks!

STEP 2. Add the Ice Cream

You need to add a lot of ice cream. For each egg, scoop out 4 large spoons of ice cream and mix well.

Keep the fire low, not high!

STEP 3. Boil on low heat in a frying pan

We’re going to make a simple cream custard. Mix the ice cream and yolks well and boil them while stirring on low heat in a frying pan!

After 3-4 minutes, it will thicken, and the eggs will cook. The key is to keep stirring so it doesn’t stick.

STEP 4. Transfer to a bowl and cool

Once you’ve made the custard, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.

Always be careful when using fire

STEP 5. Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar and melt with a torch

It’s important to sprinkle a thin layer of sugar and then melt it with a torch!

By doing this, you can make Crème Brûlée at home using vanilla ice cream! Please be careful when using the torch.

Today, I introduced unique recipes using vanilla ice cream. How about enjoying a different dessert today with the combinations taught?
